I have a box at the Hartford 06132 P.O. I understand that I'm the only person who can receive mail at that box. Is it OK if, on an incoming mail, my name either does or doesn't include my middle initial?

It's does matter, your mail could still be deliver to P.O box, as long It's has first and last name on it with the correct P.O box address.
