I’ve used this place before many times. And was accepting to what I received. With the understanding of nothing is perfect. But today I went and my Truck is absolutely no cleaner than before I went. I pulled back around and asked if they could run it again and was told no. Said it was not going to come off. Their car wash can’t remove bird droppings. Ironically I’ve met the manager here at my place of business, getting parts for his car wash. 1 time in particular he was so great full of my assistance he told me he would give me a free car wash. And as a man of business. I never redeemed it. Because no money is made in handouts.. today I went and paid my money for a wash and got a poor clean. And was told that it’s tough, basically oh well. Lesson learned. His employees will cost him customers with their poor customer service. I recorded it for my records.

The car didn't came out clean.. and the guy in the cashier name LUiS said .. ( THIS IS NOT A 100% CAR WASH) WTFFFF 🤦‍♀️ so he didn't offer to run in the car back in the car wash and when we mentioned he was like nea SMH and we ask for our money back and he said the he couldn't refund us so what kind of business is this i will give it 0 stars if i could

Very dirty overall, uses hard water, hence everything is covered in calcium buildup, used a card to pay and they charged me 2 dollars more than the posted price. Even though you pay for the tire wash it does not work, the mechanism does not turn on. Minimal soap.

Austin helped me w my wash and was an over all great experiences. Quick easy and cheap for the quality I got. Great customer service! :)
