This review is for Mayra Morales, the property manager. Hands down the best manager I have ever dealt with. I always knew I could go to her with any issues and she would do everything in her power to help. She is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. She needs a raise.

Save your time and money this apartment complex is a scam we sent everything we needed form after form being asked for the same things repetitively showed income and even cash accounts showing we could pay for more than a full year upfront if need be and still denied after being sent our move in date move in amount total and all for having "no income" when we sent in everything showing proof. What a JOKE Megan was no help neither was her assistant the two played us right into homelessness by allowing us to think we were all set canceling our current living situation and now left with nothing 9 days before our move in you and your "boss" should be ashamed of yourselves

Initial experience upon moving in was a blessing. Tabitha our property manager at the time was awesome. Managers changed. Hottest part of the summer, NO A/C for 2 weeks now with no follow up from anyone on the staff regarding when I can expect someone out to fix. My vehicle has been towed 3 TIMES from MY ASSIGNED PARKING!! I was told it was because I didn't have tags in the window, WHILE PARKED IN MY ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT. They could have easily verified with new manager rather the vehicle belonged to anyone but all 3 times they took my car and left me stuck with the bill. Over $900 to date in fees. No one is ever in the office, no one ever answers the maintenance phone.

I honestly do not understand all these negative reviews. Joey, the manager, has probably been the most attentive and friendly managers I have ever had (and I have lived in over 6 apartments in the past 4 years). Contrary to the reviews, here is what my experience has been: No burglaries. No noisy nor rude neighbors. No kids running around unattended. No parking spot disputes (there's plenty of spots, what's the issue?) No uncleanliness. No crime--not one package has ever been stolen from my door. This complex is safe, clean, and secluded from the main street. It's a bargain compared to the surrounding area--where from what I can tell you really get two choices: live in a gated apartment for $1500+ a month, or live in a dumpy, shady looking complex for less than $1000. At Reche Ridge, you get the nice/safe apartment without the luxury cost. Maintenance has been quick to respond to any concerns that I have had, and fixed them quickly. Joey has been great, always asking if everything is going well with the apartment, and I can always say with confidence that things are fine.
