I dropped my car inspection,it failed,and when I asked why.." well the vehicle sits low when it's off" I said that's because the air ride lowers the car for exit mode,when it starts up it raises ,and showed him ,he said well maybe your shocks bad,I said is it? He said not that I can see ,"but idk about air ride systems so I don't feel safe passing it ,so take it to a dealer and ask if that's normal and I'll pass it if they say yes"I said well is there a problem? He said no ,I said then it passes!? He said" no because I don't feel safe k owing it sits low"I said that's the system in off mode again it lowers for exit and raises as I showed you when it's started,I got nowhere ,just a clueless manager that said sorry idk what to tell you😳,what am I supposed to do with that info!!!??

The staff was SOOOOOO NICE!!!!! They were able to fix my tire on short notice and within an hour! This was my 2nd time doing business with this location and will continue to do business with them. I even grabbed the guys a pizza and some wings for lunch to show my appreciation!!

I brought my car in because I was hearing a grinding noise coming from the front of my car. Scott and Brad found that my front brakes were metal to metal and helped me understand what was wrong with my brakes. I told them to fix it. They had my car repaired and back on the road in the same day. Great customer service. Great people.
