Every time I make an appointment at this Mavis store there’s always a problem. I made an appointment for 11:00am 7/2. When I arrived at10:15 am the man told me it would be at least 4 -5 hrs. I asked him why then did I make an appointment. His response was there’s people ahead of you so to bad. We’ll I’ll NEVER use any Mavis tire again. This has happened before but there’s no more chances. A very unhappy customer

I called to inquire about having a state inspection done. The representative I spoke with made me feel like I was wasting his time and that they were not interested in servicing my car and/or too busy to help. I took my business elsewhere and am very happy with the customer service i received at the alternative.

The price online doesn’t match the price they charge you in store. I reserved for a tire install for 76.00 after tax. They wanted me to pay 100 plus service once there.
