Went in for a tire repair. A person ahead of me said they had an appointment made online, which they could not find. Bad start, there were about 4 people trying or already getting service. The service tech was pleasant, but he stated they were short on staff, asked could I come back later that evening. I didn't bother. I know it's not his fault, but coming back later just wasn't something I wanted to do. I called my car dealer who set me up within the hour, and was in and out in just under an hour.
