Absolutely awful place. Came here with my 8 pound pomeranian dog and made it clear that she had severe anxiety due to her being blind in one eye from a dog attacking her. Told the lady that she warms up to people eventually she just needs some time to meet you. The lady walked up to her and tried putting the leash on her without even trying to let my dog process what was happening. My dog nipped at her the tiniest bit, as expected after this lady ignored everything we said. She then called her co worker over to help and they both tried to pet my dog. In what world would have two people come over and try to pet her work with an anxious dog? Just made this even more overwhelming for her. Without trying anymore they just said this wasn’t going to work and that they would end up having to report my dog for biting if she stayed. The worst customer service and gross people. you would think they have never handled a dog before

I brought my recently rescued dog in to be groomed for the first time last Friday, and they were absolutely wonderful! She wasn’t stressed at all when I picked her up and they gave me some tips for clipping her nails, and were just all around so sweet. Thanks so much!

Ok, WOW. I usually go to Petco ill keep it real. But, after our visit last night we will drive the extra 20 min to come here. Staff is just incredibly friendly and KIND. They either actually love their job or they're in acting classes.. either way, job well done! Plus, they only had 1 register opened which sometimes make me want to just walk out when I see a line ( I only have 1 thing ) BUT, he was so fast and friendly. I am glad we have PetSmart a try.

Call and ask...
Try Craigslist or something like that. Maybe someone wants a couple of free cats. If you bring them to the SPCA and nobody wants them, they'll be put to sleep.
They do sell them. And they're cheap, just like anywhere else.
Don't sell either
This question should be directed to the store, I would give them a call.
