The location is good, people are nice. But the return policy on furniture is awful. I bought an office chair here which was broken out of the box. I put it all back in the box and lugged it over, got another one, and this one is now broken just a day or two after the 14 day return window so now I'm out $200.

So I place an order on line for the 1hr pick up, get confirmation of the order via email, then another one that says there is a problem with payment and that they will hold my order for three days. So I think ok I will go in and figure out what the payment issue is and pick up my goods then. I go in to the online pick up desk and the rep has a hard time finding my order. Then he goes to the back office to speak with the manager I assume. Comes back out tells me he has to call an 800#. Tries to call and gets put on hold, I say ok no biggie just get my items and we can just run the payment again now. He says ok and gos to grab my items to find that one of the items has already been sold and they only have one of the 2 items I ordered. I explained to him I live over and hour away from any Staples store and that is why I placed my order online to ensure the items would be there and that I'm only in town for a meeting. He says "yep I understand". I look at him and say "understanding wont help me get the items" "what can be done to help me get the items I requested and was told would be held". He says hold on, gos in back to get again what I assume is the manager, I explained the hole thing again and he says "you're making this a bigger issue than it really is". Really! Wow! Your system has the issue, tells me my order will be held, which means my products will be held, and I'm making a bigger issue! My response was simple "screw you" and I walked out. Next step on my long drive home.... I call customer service from the email about my order being held. Explain it all again and they agree to ship me the 2 monitors I needed for a project at no cost. However they said they could not send it overnight... lie, anyone, anywhere can ship items overnight, happens all the time. They just dont want to pay for it. So I had to settle for receiving my monitors that were available at 8am and tried to pick up at 12pm the same day (yes 4 hours later) with one of them being taken from my order that was being "held for 3 days" per the email and sold to someone else, to having them shipped to my home office 4 days later. Now they did ship them at no cost to me and tried to smooth it over by giving me a 30.00 gift card but to be honest, the only satisfaction I will accept is knowing that the little puke of a manager(if that's his position) is fired! Then and only then might I do business with Staples again. Keep in mind this is only one of the 4 purchases I have made in the last 30 days, oh and each one has been over a $150.00, with this last one being almost 200.00. So it's not like I dont spent a reasonable amount of cash there. And guess what when they ran my card again for the new order being shipped instead of pickup, they had zero issues...... and it was the same card. OfficeMax here comes another small business customer!

This isn't necessarily a dig on this particular store, but the company itself. It feels rather outdated, especially the electronics side. I don't feel like I'm walking into the cutting edge of [to-be] 2019, but rather a decade prior. Furthermore, most everything is quite overpriced. I could make do with the store if I wasn't able to tell I was obviously being ripped off in regards to pricing. However, the items are readily available, which allows prices to remain exorbitant. This is good and bad. It's good because I can go into the store and buy items at a whim, but it's bad because the prices make me not want to go in the store knowing I'm going to have to give an arm and a leg to get some sticky notes. I am not a fan of Staples whatsoever. The entire business model seems backwards and outdated. The high prices keep the company in business, but the price-gouging does not make me loyal to the company whatsoever. In regard to store layout, if you wanna leave the store, you have to walk all the way around the cash registers to go through the exit despite potentially coming from the other side. 😵⁉️

So you mean how big a paper by size, or how much money for a particular size paper?
All you really need is an apple ID and when you turn it on it will walk you through it. Try geek squad just make a reservation first! Good luck
Since Staple does have a lot of options, if you have time, stop in to discuss your needs directly with a copy expert in their copy shop.
