had 2 tires changed , they charged me for 4, also charged me for 4 new valve stems i didnt get any. No refund , gave me a free oil change card that was a scam too. it comes with getting their credit card. got me twice shame on me

I use Firestone for my tires and oil changes. They are great people and sell a quality tire. I never have any complaints with their service and appreciate how quickly they're able to assist me. Highly recommend

They have great package offering for lifetime alignment, but they are not honest on their word/pricing. In my case, they said they weren't able to repair my air conditioner so they will only charge $10 for checking. When I arrive the station to pay, they changed their word to offer half price (their normal cost of the Air conditioner check is $44.99 parts + $10 labor), and after I paid the cost of AC check on the receipt it was $7 off/15% which charged me $48 for the AC check. ****From only $10 charge of AC check, to half price, and then $7 off only/15%, and the issue still not fix. ******* I am not going to come back for the repair since who knows how much lies they will say just to get me come back for repairs.

Just don’t come here. The bottom skid plate on my car wasn’t screwed back on and was dragging on the ground when they gave me the keys. The guy said it was hard to get under there and they were small screws as if that made it okay (it’s a light SUV and they have full car lifts in their shop). Also they lost the record of my appointment time as well as the guy after me. Gave me an hour estimated wait time which turned into 2.5hrs, not including my immediate return visit for them to fix my bottom skid plate.

Very inconsistent. Last time I went in an employee was on the phone in the public reception area, no mask on whatsoever, in a spot where any customer walking in would need to pass within 4 to 5 feet of him. Talked on the phone for a good 3 or 4 minutes while I stood there waiting, he could fully see me, and didn't make any effort to put on a mask until he got off the phone.
