Great brewery located outside of downtown in more of an industrial setting. The tanks and brewing equipment share space with the bar and seating area. Picnic tables and a few lawn games round out the unpretentious interior. The beer and service are always good. What I especially like is that they are not just an IPA-factory like too many breweries have become. Willow Rock is dog friendly both inside and out.

4th brewery of our Syracuse wedding weekend. Large indoor space. You can actually order almost everything on tap in one giant flight. Make sure you have a friend help you thought!

1st....I hardly leave reviews on establishments but....I really enjoy their good beer, but that is the only plus. The young female bartender has a attitude unlike other breweries. She needs a hospitality course. One of the issues I had was the owners were at a high top table, finished up and left with their laptops. I was sitting at a picnic table in the back, went and sat down at the high top table to see the television and she told me I couldn’t sit there because the owners were coming back. Two minutes later one of the owners is walking out of the brewery with his backpack????????! The feeling I get from one of the owners is that they really don’t want to cater to the public inside the brewery, their interest is distribution which I understand. They should take a lesson from Down East Cider in Mass. they do not cater to the public, just distribute. It was a interesting experience! Again, they have good brews!
