The computer that answers is like taking to a box of rocks. Don't waste your time. You won't be talking to anyone or getting an answer. Useless

Just hung up after being on hold for 1 hour 5 minutes. I visited the office last week and after one hour of waiting, I checked with the front desk and they tell me I was called 30 minutes ago, what!!! I watched as each person that was called over loudspeakers get up and go to their designated area, but yet they tell me I was already called. Believe me if I could work and get insurance thru my employer, I would, I hate the fact they're holding all the cards and I get nowhere with answers to my benefits.

Positive: they have a scanning machine to scan in your paperwork & go. Comes in handy trust me! You can walk in no appointment needed to speak to someone. They have a computer room free to use. And daycare room! Also comes in handy alot of other places like Jurupa office riverside county dont have any of this. Only Negative: you will take forever to reach someone on the phone I've been on the line for 1hour just make a appointment or go in.
