this staples is consistently so bad that they should close. customer support is hit or miss with anything printing. they’ll change the price after an order is in. they won’t help you use your rewards. take my advice and drive elsewhere to another location.

They need to communicate better with customers and use words and lingo not familiar to only Staples employees. I was directed to a station after wanting just wanting ONE SIMPLE COPY. I couldn't get it to print. So I stood up and tried to wave someone down for help but everyone was busy talking to other employees, Including the assistant manager. They also took a while to tend to me so time was still running and i was being charged by the minute. I ended up paying almost $5 for one copy vs. 13¢. All, the assistant, Rodney had to say was, next time do it "this way" and "it was a miscommunication." Yet i still paid for that "miscommunication". I'm Never returning. Better off going to Kinkos where everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.

Worst staples ever! I have activity calendars for our programs at our church and today some idiot named Dillon was trying to say that he couldn't process my order cause it had too much color and needed to change the format and price. I tried to tell explain that I have always printed the same method for years and he tried to say I was lucky. Terrible customer service. Never printing or buying office supplies at this location. My church would buy hundreds from this location but they have lost out business
