We charge $0 to any home buyers that are looking to have our assistance in helping them find their dream home and you are in no obligation to stay with us if you aren't satisfied. Which we know you will be with our strategies to get you into your home quickly. The only costs to you are the standard down payment of the home and closing costs which include escrow fees, lender fees, title, and prepayments. A buyers agent gets paid through the sellers side so no money from you will ever go to us.
We would personally not recommend to go and view properties before getting pre-approved because then you won't know at what price bracket to look for. All this takes in account the bedrooms, bathrooms, size of the home, and the location/city that the home is in. If you are pre-approved first, then we have an idea of where exactly to look for depending on the kind of home you'd like.
The lender will usually require these documentations from the following list: 1. Taxes and W-2 from the previous 2 years 2. Copies of Pay stubs from the previous 2 months 3. Credit Score Check 4. Bank Statements from the previous 2 months for proof of funds
The quickest and easiest way to get pre-qualified/pre-approved for a home loan would be to set up an appt. to meet with us and a lender that we provide at our office in the city of downey. Once we meet the lender then reviews your documentation to see what it is that you can qualify for.
