Johnnie's Appliances was referred to us by a friend and we are so glad we found them. We moved into a new place and the current dishwasher was a mess inside and out. I called in to ask about a dishwasher I saw on their website and they informed me they had at there new Location in Signal Hill. This was so convenient since I live blocks away. Went in on a Saturday and they had my dishwasher installed by Monday morning. The delivery crew was very professional. I believe their names were Kedrick nd jon. They Explained the functions and ran the appliance before leaving to ensure it worked. Will definitely be going back for more appliances.

I wanted to comment on the service that was rendered by a Johnnie's Appliance technician on May 4, 2022. Denicio, I apologize if I misspelled his name, was the tech who came and serviced my freezer. He was exceptionally professional, worked quickly to diagnose the issue affecting my freezer, and immediately fixed it. He even added additional screws to better secure the tray. He didn't even have to do that and yet he did. I have used Johnnie's Appliances twice to service my kitchen appliances and their techs have done a great job both times. I highly recommend this company for its quick response, professional demeanor of its staff, and cost for service.

Anyone with common sense should know u need a license plumber to install plumbing, so if u knew u didn't have a line to hook it up too ,where do u think the water is suppose to come from?

Hello, we do not sell used or reconditioned appliances. We sell new OPEN BOX appliances meaning they may have some cosmetic defect like a scratch or dent but come with 1 year full warranty on all parts and labor. As well as we sell new appliances.

Need repair visit most likely to replace roller bearings that have probably worn out, or the belt needs fixing. Johnnie's may be able to help
