This is the 3rd car our family has purchased from DCH Honda Temecula, I had such a great experience and Chris Lenard provided great customer service and helped me pick out the perfect car for me. The process was fairly quick and the manager and finance department guys were great too! I absolutely love my car and thanks so much to Chris for his patience and knowledge about the different cars which made it easier to pick my perfect car without feeling like he was being a pushy salesman; he even called to check up and see how I was liking the car and told me to reach out for help with anything! Thanks DCH team and Chris for your assistance and hospitality during the process I am in love with my new car!!

From the first phone call I could just tell this place was different. Amber, Michael, Ally, Christian and Armindo were all amazing. They stayed till Midnight to take care of us because we drove two hours to get there. Amber and Michael worked to ease my concerns over the phone and email to convince me to make the drive to come meet them. Ally our salesperson was friendly, attentive, and honest. Christian and Armindo were diligent, patient, and transparent in helping me understand the paperwork. They said what they'd do and did what they said and as you can tell from the picture they delivered customer happiness.

We don't have an automobile body shop but depending on the repairs needed, we may be able to help. Otherwise we do have recommended body shops in town. Give our service department a call to discuss in more detail or stop by the dealership.
