The staff was friendly, I’ll give them that. Even though masks were “required” in the emergency room, many front desk staff wore masks not covering their nose, or under their chin. Many patients waiting to be seen were also not wearing the required mask over mouth and nose. Care was mediocre at best. I went in for a breathing problem but was never examined and they never even listened to my lungs. I bet they charted and charged for a full exam even though one was not done. I’m a retired nurse practitioner and my advice to you is to find a safer, more professional hospital that follows standards of care. TVH was terrible. I would never go back.

Arrived at the hospital for a diagnostic angiogram. the check-in and registration went very smoothly. Was promptly taken into a room where I was prepped for the procedure. Nurse Tracy was friendly and very helpful. The experience in the Cardiac Cather lab was excellent The staff there was very friendly and professional. Even asked me what kind of music I liked to listen to. They did everything to relax me and make the procedure go as easy as possible. My cardiologist was very good about explaining what he was doing during the procedure. Afterwords he explained the results to my wife and me and answered all our questions. The discharge instructions were made very clear and the process went very well. An overall pleasant experience for what it was.

The service I received at Temecula Valley Hospital was outstanding! There was a short wait to be checked in and seen by the nurses and the doctor. The nurses Carley, Tiffani and two other nurses that I forgot their names and Dr. Steele were helpful in every way! They all went above and beyond in making be feel valued. Dr. Steele even brought me ice chips in a cup to help with my situation. I felt so much better after being treated and released. I would most definitely recommend going to Temecula Valley Hospital.

This hospital took amazing care of my dad after his stroke through his passing. The wonderful and compassionate care he received in the ICU from the nurses Amy and Katie was above and beyond. You will not be in better hands than theirs with the caring oversight of the medical team. I could not have asked for better care of my dad as he was out of state when he passed. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to the ICU staff at this hospital. I am forever grateful.
