My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with just about everything at Carey Lake! Jody is an absolute gem to work with, going above and beyond to make sure the day went on without a hitch! The food, and drinks were absolutely amazing (our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was), and the staff were extremely accommodating and attentive to any/all of our needs, down to making sure we had food and drinks at all times. Our vendors (dj and photographers) even raved about Carey Lake. The ceremony space and reception space were absolutely gorgeous at baseline, and needed very little extra decorations to make it our own. The bridal suite, guest bathrooms, and the rest of the event space was meticulously clean, beautiful decorated and comfortable all at the same time. Even with a winter wedding (post snow storm) we were able to use the beautiful outside areas for pictures as they were cleared of snow and ice. We really couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding day!!! #FLAWLESS

We had an amazing time at our wedding! We got married here in June 2021, and it was a beautiful day! The venue was absolutely gorgeous, and included many many extras and beautiful backgrounds for our photos. We had a great experience with Jody; she was incredibly helpful, always responded promptly, and gave us many recommendations for vendors! She helped us set up, made sure our day went as smoothly as possible, and was incredibly patient and worked with us when we had to reschedule due to COVID. I would absolutely recommend The Ballroom at Carey Lake to everyone!

We had our reception at the Beautiful ballroom on August 27, 2021. Jody was amazing to work with! She was super easy to get a hold of and kept us informed about all of the new regulations as soon as they came about! She was able to answer all of our questions and helped us plan our perfect day! We had an apple themed wedding and we had asked if the bartender could make a caramel apple sangria and it was AMAZING! Overall recommend Carey Lake to anyone who is getting married in the Rochester, NY area!

The ballroom at Carey Lake is absolutely breathtaking! I had my wedding there May 22nd and couldn’t have been happier!! All my guests were blown away at how clean, and beautifully decorated the building was. The space is very open and the garden, gazebo and fountain outside was a hot spot for our guests come sun down. The patio, which was accessible from the ballroom, was lit up and the entire site had a fairy tale-esc vibe. I was extremely pleased with everything. We chose a buffet style dinner and the food tasted phenomenal! (My personal favorite was the chicken parm) Everyone always says the bride and groom never have time to eat, but we sure did! The bar tenders were very polite and efficient in preparing drinks for our guests and Gina one of the servers/organizers for our day was super helpful and polite. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. Everything was perfect and set exactly how We wanted. Jody, the owner, did a wonderful job of taking note of what we wanted to be done for our special day and she made it happen!! 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE! 😁
