Went to lowes to shop vanity tops. Found one we liked on display. Asked associate if any were in stock. System had 3 on hand... could not find One! You can't run a business like this!

I give this location five stars with the caveat that you only ask the older semi-retired employees where things are because they're the only people that know where everything is.

Lowes is always amazing! Unless you need a restroom, then all bets are off. This one has one of the worst restrooms out of all of the ones I visit, from Amherst to Oswego.

That sounds like a contractor issue. If Lowe's recommended that contractor, I'd write a formal complaint to Lowe's corporate office and mention that they recommended the contractor.
Go online Lowes. Com different locations have different inventory
There is over 60 on display at the store and many more on line if you order at Lowe's dot com it's free delivery to the store
