A terrible place to live. Management is unethical, harassing, and controlling. If they don't like you, they will falsify documents to get rid of you. Honestly, I don't know how they sleep at night.

Continously dirty grounds. Trash flying all over parking lots/lawns. Mixed messages to residents about repairs. Repairs going uncompleted for years!

This is a nice place to live. It is very clean. It would be nice if some more rules could be put in place with keeping the kids under control here that like to destroy the grounds or people's property. It would also be nice if the management was a little more proactive in taking care of problems rather then saying there is nothing they can do about things. People here are paying their rent and really dont feel like they are getting what they pay for this year. Especially with covid. Everything has been taken away and now we cant even get our flyers clipped on our doors. We have to pick them up at the laundry room. You want good reviews. You need to step it up a little more.

Package thieves in building 3276 as of 2/12/20. Knocked on door and informed him my package may have been delivered there by mistake. He admitted opening the package and was only able to return some of the contents.
