I am a driver and sometimes they have the doors closed and the wait is long. They should enable a fast lane for delivery. The food will always arrive cold to the customer and the waiting time is fatal.

Absolutely horrible. Waited over a half an hour for four burgers for fries and four drinks. And then... After they finally brought the food out... I waited another 10 minutes for the drinks. I want a refund. Edit: Then when we get home and look at the order there were onions on my daughter's kiddies happy meal burger. Good thing she didn't eat it, since she is allergic! When I called, Nobody Answered! I want my money back!

I got my food and came home and after 2 bites I notice my burger was not fully cooked. But there was a long line at the drive thru and not may people working. So they are trying to do their best with what they got. But make sure the food is done cooking before you take it out. Yeah there is a timer but you wait until the timer is up before. Other wise you have some uncooked food.
