I've been frequenting this location for years, and I absolutely love it. I have always felt welcomed and am lucky enough to have never had a bad experience here! Any employee I've interacted with is always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. There are so many products in this relatively small space but it doesn't feel cluttered or closed in at all. I much prefer this store over the other one (rhymes with despora) and will always be a customer.

My favorite Ulta in the area. They carry a men's section that the others have phased out. They have a huge morphe section, and also carry brands like Good Molecules and Mad Hippie which the other Ulta's in the area do not. Worth the drive every once in a while. Especially for the special brands they carry if you want to avoid shipping fees.

I booked a all over color appointment at the salon get there and tell the girl I’d like to go light brown and that I do have boxed dye currently on my hair. “I don’t have time for that” is her response. So my time was completely wasted. I wasn’t trying to go platinum blonde, just a lighter brown. Definitely will just stick to the Ulta in Henrietta where they just seem all around nicer.
