It's always "till now" been a great place. We were totally shocked! The place was a disgrace! There was a spilled Milkshake by where the customer stand and they put cones around it instead of cleaning it up. It's been there awhile because it was dried. Our order was wrong even though we were so careful ordering. Being short of workers was NOT the problem because there were a lot of workers there. They were just LAZY!!! My wife don't want to go there anymore it was so bad. We used to brag about how nice our Webster Wendy's was. The burgers we ordered didn't even taste right. What a shame and disappointment.

Decent Wendy's - food quality mehhh. But the workers were friendly and staying busy cleaning floors and tables and working the food line. Appreciate that!
