A nice moderate stay. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are smaller. Everything was moderately clean and managed though. Breakfast is barely there. Some waffles, oats and eggs only plus cereals.

We were told upon checking in that the hotel was oversold and they had no room for us, despite our reservation. Nothing was offered except for a “sorry” and a paper voucher to a different hotel. As a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member, we expected at least a courtesy call to have saved us 30 minutes in the car with exhausted kids.

A roof over my head otherwise awful. I paid 400$ for two nights at place that had scalding shower and room temperature of 75 that I could Not turn down , when I asked for Money back or coupon for Future money off , the response was I might get extra points , really? MIGHT? Never again , Signed furious

It was good. The hotel is very nice, clean. Very friendly. I was shown Round the hotel. I asked to see one of the rms. It was small but very nice. She will let me know.
