Loved this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and updated. There’s a peaceful outdoor seating area, and a park with a beautiful duck pond behind the hotel. Theres a nice breakfast buffet in the morning with a wide variety of options. There was a little confusion at the check in with my reservation, and the pool water was milky, but there were a ton of kids swimming in it so that’s probably why.

Keep in mind that I work in construction. Since I got back from work yesterday 6/3 around 8pm, there has been no hot water. The water is icy cold. The front desk didn’t inform anyone about the issue. I went to the front desk around 10pm to ask and they said “someone has been fixing it for about 2 1/2 hr”. 8:36am 6/4 and there’s still no hot water. I went back to the front desk this morning, now they’re saying “someone is on their way to fix it”. Thought someone was here yesterday to fix it? One would expect hot water 24/7 especially if you’re paying almost $200/ night on weekends. I had to cancel the remaining days of my reservation and find another hotel.

Positive: Location was scenic next to North Ponds park. ~ Reasonably priced. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff including HS manager. Very clean and modern. Negative: All was great!

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Rooms and areas are mostly clean. Giving a 3 star because the pool are is absolutely filthy and it's clear by the moldy tiles and stuck gunk that it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Ihorrible for an area where my kids are barefoot.
