Great service. I was warned it would take 3-4 hours for the full service and it took three so that was fine. Josh was very helpful. One thing I highly recommend is bringing a bike (as I did), I headed toward there coast and biked for 10 miles, ate lunch, and just enjoyed the beautiful surrounding area. Made the day awesome and better than sitting around on a phone for hours.

Capistrano Valley Toyota always provides me with outstanding service. Service writer Maria greeted me with a friendly welcome, noted and any issues that I had experienced my last service, let me know when to expect my truck to be ready, and arranged a courtesy shuttle to take me home. The mechanic did an excellent job too, even though it was just a scheduled maintenance on a Saturday afternoon, they did a complete brake job, pads AND rotors. My Tundra drives just like it did the day I drove it off the lot.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism shown to me during the purchase of a 2022 Camry. The salesman Bill Peters did not have what I was looking for initially but said he would contact me when one with my "Must Have" items in an acceptable color was scheduled to arrive. We stayed in touch over about a 5-month period of time. I finally put a $1000.00 deposit over the phone and the car arrived about 5 weeks later. When taking delivery, he took an exceptional amount of time to go over all the controls and features of the new car. A lot has changed since I bought my last Camry, a 2014. One thing I though was impressive for those who finance they had a sign posted for finance rates on both New and Used cars. No haggling involved here. If your credit score was 600 you got a higher rate than if your score was 640, etc. They asked if I wanted an extended warranty but did not try to push anything on me. They treated me like I wanted to be treated. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Bill Peters.
