Old school stationary seats that have no reclining feature and close enough you feel like you're on an airplane in economy. Seemed clean enough and the concessions lines weren't bad at all. But, the seat situation will keep me away until they are replaced.

Regal Cinema in Carmel was VERY quiet for the Matinee. I was shocked and saddened by how few moviegoers were in attendance. The Theater was fine, comfy seats, good acoustics. Movie Theaters are getting crushed by Streaming services. Me, I love the movie theater experience. The smell of movie popcorn conjures up a million pleasant memories. We saw "Elvis". I was not a fan. The almost 3 hour run time was too long. Another 30 minutes of previews & ads was just too much.

The sound system is one of the main reasons to give it 3 stars. The sound system is too bad. I was watching one of the best movies in Indian cinema but because of the sound systems that's made me feel irritating watching this movie and also I got a bad headache. I couldn't enjoy it much. Regal should consider their sound systems to make their audience more entertaining.

The idea of picking your seat, prior to entering the theater, is beyond me. I'm a visual person, therefore I would like to visually see what my options are before selecting a seat. The restrooms were disgusting and completely unsanitary. I think the rest stops on the interstate are cleaner. The sound for the movie was much louder than usual, but it could be a production issue. I wasn't the worst experience ever, but I have no intention of returning unless I'm in dire need to see a movie and this is the only place to watch it.
