Let me tell you about this Popeyes. Yes your short handed but for the place to fill up and have the cashier walk away. Well all the customers left. Then the staff seems so disorganized it’s a shame. There was no communication beside what they are out of. Which was tenders nuggets coleslaw and then sandwiches. I saw them throw two trays of chicken away. Omg don’t you know people are starving out here. Such a waste. The one Asian lady that was trying to work had here co worker abandoned here to go to the back and disappeared with a already long line. Someone needs to manage this team ASAP. Before you have no customer.

Sign stated opening at 1pm. At 1:15 after watching food sit on the shelf for over 20 minutes the worker said they might be open in the next 5-10 minutes. Another customer waiting in the line for the Burger King at the next counter said that this occurred regularly.

That time the store is busy because it had lots of orders and people. The employees aren't happy as the looks of their faces show it and almost grumpy when handing out the orders. I understand they are getting overwhelmed and tired but so are the hungry customers. Giving bad vibes isn't helping and I'm lucky that not other customers went Karen. Maybe they should hire more people especially when weekends and holidays
