A.C. Turned in the report without seeing my parents for the last meeting. My parents never got the report right before it was turned in. Tells my dad one thing and tells my mom something entirely different. I hear the conversations. I love my parents and this lady is unprofessional. I don’t blame her for ruining the relationship of my parents. My parents did that to themselves, but this lady didn’t make it any better. Instead of trying to reunite the family (since both adults wanted to), she misleads them by making one believe the other person won’t change…when that individual is trying to by doing what’s required. She was eager to turn the report a month before the court date.

Torrance Dept of LA Department of Children and Family Services are worst government agency and it doesn't stop there it continues all the way to the Judges and state appointed legal counsel at Edelman Children's Court, Monterey Park CA. Starting with the Torrance Dept they did nothing short of kidnapping my child and hold him at ransom only to use my poor child for their own financial gain and meal ticket to maneuver themselves to which dept they would like to work in with more often than so even meeting the required skill, background, certification or degree to hold the position they are trying to obtain. Then along there sick and abuse that the innocent child and the child's family are enduring they are being paid more for every six month that they keep the child away from their parent. The Dept is suppose to evaluate every case and determine if the child can safely reunify with the parent of the child and doing what is in the best interest of the child and surrounding circumstances. I could possibly understand financial gain or bonus for successfully reuniting the families and that would be hard to justify even that in any ones mind but no our justice and legal system pays bonus and more money the longer you keep the child from their parents. That is the most unjust, immoral and unethical thing to do. There has never been and never will be any abuse or neglect done to my child from me. The abuse was all implemented to my child once DCFS came into our life. My child has been gone from me for over 2 years now with no valid accusation ever being true or holding any weight. My 1st encounter from these kidnappers was a allegations that I had a mental disability of paranoia. Lets just say that I often did have paranoid thoughts when did the law pass that you are abusive or neglecting your children because you are paranoid? Yea it was never a law. Millions of People with mental disabilities don't get there children removed from their care or home because of mental medical diagnoses. If we removed every child from parents because they have paranoia, depression, anxiety etc. Then we would have billions the children taken from their homes, parents and for some the only lie they have ever known more than "normal" people would have their children. If that was already a bogus allegation, insult and unnecessary abuse and injury well then America I had my character deformated with another false allegation this time being accused of being a drug addict. I'm not on drugs and been over 10 years since I was in a situation where drugs were present. Immediately I began random testing weekly and did a six month out patient rehab to show I was not a drug addict. I never failed a test and graduated the program with flying colors. I returned to court with all these accomplishments and all in efforts to show that I will do whatever it takes to have my child back with his mother and living a well balanced, loved and healthy life like he was previously accustomed too with me. Past 2 years I had allegations of paranoia 6 different times and being on drugs 5 different times all not found to be true or grounds to kidnapp my child and make not 1 effort to reunify us in anyway possible. We are suppose to be the land of the free and home of the brave. Well that is all a lie fed by more lies and more. We have been in a gov. prison with no end or justice to this tragedy that has mentally and emotionally altered mine and my child's life and have no faith in our justice systems because our system has failed and no one is doing ANYTHING to acknowledge that America itself has failed and our justice system and gov.agencies have the right or authority to determine whatever outcome they seem fit for their own benefit, punishment, personal issue or anything else. If you had all that authority and power then you would be God and your not so stick to proper protocol and procedure or laws. Obtain some skill or tools to help you with your morals and ethics Our children our the future stop destroying innocent children and countless families.

This is the most self-righteous, unaccountable, and unconstitutional example of government bureaucracies that stomp all over our constitutional rights, acting as judge and jury, with no evidence except a phoned-in accusation from disgruntled and vengeful persons. In my case, they abducted my children three times over the past 12 years and placed them in foster care, where they were beaten, neglected, and sexually abused. I was forced to spend thousands of dollars on attorneys, domestic violence classes, psychiatric exams, ambush visits to inspect my home etc etc. etc. In all three cases, after suffering the loss of my children for extended periods of time, I was fully vindicated--found innocent of all charges by Judge Anthony Trendacosta in Children's Court. Was anyone in this government agency accountable for this horrible violation? Not at all. No apology, no regrets.This is government predicted in the Orwell novel "1984" Except it is not Big Brother we need to fear, so much as Big Mother. DCFS needs to be taken down and replaced with a new agency that takes a reasoned and accountable approach to phoned in accusations. When did we citizens become Guilty til Proven Innocent? This is not the America envisioned by our Founding Fathers. My accusers, my now ex-wife and a disgruntled in-law, bear no consequences for their actions.
