Extremely rude staff. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because I used to receive good service from this exact location back in the day. As A LOT review shows, I’m not the only one who receive horrible service but this seems to be only outlet where we can communicate our discomfort. Because no one from this place even seems to care about customer service. The reviews are legit. We rely on their service to deliver presents to our loved ones but it’s just frustrating to constantly run into rude staff when you are being polite and ask about different shipping options, or anything at all. What’s with the grouchiness? I seriously hope USPS takes at these reviews seriously.

This location is not open as of 11/24/2020. Such a frustration as my time is crunched with other pressing obligations and now I have to go out of my way AGAIN to find a post office open. With my packaging mailing to a PO address, my options are limited unless I want to pay $100 for a 12lb item.
