Soledad in Planning was great as always. Very helpful, and a pleasant person. Building and Safety a little less helpful. But, really can't complain.

First of all they were open and taking applications until 1:00 p.m. and they are closed on Fridays and because of covid-19 they will not let you use the restroom that I have a problem with I always had a problem with that I feel like people are being trifling and don't want to clean the restrooms but you can eat food you ask me so I'm sharing.

Its a nice town with good eating but be careful how you drive Meth Zombies crawling all over the place after dark also try to avoid Weston Park very dangerous area! If you plan on visiting stay on the East Hemet side its a little more safer and lock your car at all times!

I agree on both points. Unfortunately, the funds are most likely designated for a specific purpose, and cannot be used for other things. If not spent on the designated purpose, the funds are forfeited, (and will not be available for the next cycle as well). Government funding does defy logic.
No you have to go to court
