Great experience at Diamond Valley Honda's Service Department today. Our CRV needed an oil change, tire rotation and transmission service. I made an 8am appointment last week for today on the dealer's website, which was a simple procedure. I received a reminder from them 24 hours in advance of the appointment. I brought the car in today at 7:50am and was immediately greeted by Nancy. She gave me an estimate on the service and said she would also check to see if there were any online discounts she could apply. She estimated it would take 2-3 hours to complete the service. After going for a walk around the neighborhood, I went to the dealer's waiting area, which was clean, offered coffee drinks and pastries, and had multiple televisions. My service was complete in just over two hours. When Nancy checked me out, she found a discount which saved us about $50.00! She even went out and found our car and drove it right up to where I was standing outside. Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd lease with Diamond Valley Honda. I’d recommend them to everyone. The way they conduct business and the environment they provide made me feel like I got the best deal for myself not just the dealer. Miguel my sales rep did a great job expressing my wants and needs to the sales manager. Give them a shot before going to other dealers!!! The service done to my Pilot was great. The gentleman and lady I spoke to were very nice and respectful, the only thing that caught my attention was the fact that I had to get off my car go into the office, and let them know I had a service appointment. I have never done that at other non Honda places I been to. Overall, it was a good experience had no problem whatsoever.

When you get there for service you wait in the car with face masks on. Then you ware face mask inside
Was not told break lights were out! Break fluid change oversaw part of the service!
Yes, there both Preowned and Preowned Certified!
Yes they do and are very courteous when you talk to them.the staff evolves but all are pleasant to deal with.
