Buying a car can be a pain. The pressure from the sales person combined with such a large purchase can be stressful however, here at Audi West Covina, it is not like that at all. If you decide to shop here, ask for Chris Wen. He is absolutely amazing. He is so easy to talk to as well. It's like you've known him for years. Chris is blunt which I appreciate so much. He knowledge and experience helped me and my friends. The customer service at this location is outstanding as well. So friendly and happy. Even after purchasing our car, he customer service exceeded my expectations. So please, if you decide to buy at this location, ask for Chris Wen and you will not be disappointed!
