I was broke down in my truck pulling my 5th wheel trailer coming on to the 210 in the on ramp blocking a portion of the road. AAA dispatched a tow truck and immediately towed my truck to a shop and I was left with my 5th wheel in the dark waiting for second AAA tow tuck to get there when CHP officer Thomas arrived at the scene with caution lights flashing and immediately set out emergency flares I was re leaved. I want to commend officer Thomas for his concern for my safety and well being and his office for responding in timely and professional manner. Thank you very much! Richard Metcalf

Made appointment with officer Peacock for VIN verification. Was greeted when I arrived about 15 minutes early. Process was well organized. Asked about water in waiting room, none available. One officer had noted this, went to get a drink for himself at the convenience store, and brought my friend and I water bottles! They went above and beyond what was expected. Thanks again....

I do experience a hit and run on the free way, and I called the highway petrol first, they told me that I need to go to any highway petrol station to report it. Any station will be help that. I have been to Baldwin Park Station at the earliest possible. When I arrived to the office , three officer were in the frantdesk, there is one of them talk to an other customer, and two of them are available doing nothing. I stand there more than 5 minutes, look at on them, but the two available officer not even give me any attention, I thought they're maybe there for different kind of work, I need wait for the officer completed his conversation with other people, but after while one of the available one start ask me, what do I come in for. I tald him l got a hit and run accident, and I do catch the license plate of other car who did hit me, I need to make a report and need help to find the wrecker, he asks me where is the accident occurs, after I told him the location he said "you need to go to the station which is near where the accident happened, if do the report here, the case have to delay for a week. you have to develop the picture yourself and then go to the office near the accident." I talked him that office doesn't convenient for me by time and location, does it possible I can develop those pictures and come back here? but he still keep push me to go to downtown office, and said to me, if you come back to report it here, what we can do only is to mail your report to that office in downtown, the investigation will delayed for two weeks. later on, I go to Monterey park office, the officer gives me 8 pages of form, and told me, you can take the forms home to fill out, then take them back here. I am really wondering that, why the guy in Baldwin Park office can't even give me the forms first, let me able to fill it out before l go to other office. I am a tax payer, the tax I paid is hired him work as a offcer, why government is hired a such lazy guy, don't want to do anything at work, just want getting me right out from his office.

My wife and I r giving these officers a high 5 for there involvement in helping my wife and I and others that were involved in a highway wreck off of 210 near Azusa 8am,thru. The 7th of Dec. I've never bn in a wreck of this magnitude. As far as I know all 3 cars were totalled. I'm from Fresno. We drive thru LA to TJ to the dentist. We rent a car, this 1 was a nissan maxima. I figure the more pricy ,better protected ,nooooo. Air bags never deployed even after being slammed into the concrete divider then bouncing off the wall on 2 wheels almost tipping over and hitting another car. Within min. The CHP were there with 3 or 4 bikes stopping all traffic going south bound. There were 2 or 3 Suvs moving the cars that were involved. 2 of the cars,no way u could drive them but these officers made it happen. There had to bn close to 500 or better cars waiting on the freeway. There were 3 tow trucks,2 ambulance, a fire truck,2-3 suvs and 3 bikes. Within 10 to 15 min it was cleared. Professionalism at its best. Kudos to the men and woman that helped all that were involved

you'd have to know the agency that arrived on seen ....police......sheriff.....chp etc.
I'd show up at 5:30 ....text my boss .....I'm here with a pic no one here.....show up about 7......1hr and half extra sleep
Generally, anything that is in traffic lane becomes part of the roadway.... If it falls off a teuck or is kicked up by another vehicke them perhaps thst would change who is responsible. You can check with your insurance company and local law enforcement
