I've been ordering from this location for 9 years since I moved into the neighborhood. I live about 1/4 mile away. According to the mydominos online on my phone, I ordered 54 times in 2021 and 43 times in 2020. This does not include the many times a year that online ordering is down, and I call the store directly. I would say I'm a consistent customer. The food is generally quick and very consistent every time. For all of the deliveries I've received, I make sure I tip 20% or more for the drivers. Today will be the last time I will ever place an order from here. Never again. The complete and utter disrespect and disappointment I encountered today will never leave my thoughts. Today, I ordered and paid online for a in-store pickup. 1 gluten free pizza. This location took away their carside delivery option about 2 months ago, so you just have to physically walk in to grab your food now. I forgot my mask today. As soon as I walked through the door, all 3 employees started violently screaming at me re not having a mask on. I explained that I unfortunately did not have a mask on me but I had already ordered and paid - plus that my pizza was sitting on there shelf there and I'd be on my way. These employees refused to hand me my pizza screaming at me (loudly) to "GET OUT OF MY STORE". I asked if then they could then walk my pizza out to me- they refused and kept screaming at me. They also stated that they would just refund my order rather than just physically hand me the box. Well, dominos Culver Rd , I will never support you guys or order from you ever again. I also contacted corporate. Thank you for ruining my night. All I wanted was my pizza.

The pizza was great! As my son said, better than usual with our visit yesterday. However, the poor lone employee, with the best attitude and kindest seemed to work in an environment with a serious lack of staffing. To sum up-- food was great, and fast. The best we've had from them in a while. Amazingly fast when I think of one employee and a delivery driver running all the orders that day. She deserves a raise. She was super friendly and without a complaint on her face. She is a star in my book!
