Great Listener. She has a great bedside manner that would put anyone at ease. She's caring, patient, compassionate, and personable. She's also really helpful in navigation the hospital system. If you just need your BP meds any primary is probably fine for you. But not for me. I am a complicated patient with rare diseases. Some doctor's lack the patience, listening skills, experience, or empathy to deal with me. Not Dr. Pratt!! When I leave her office I truly feel heard and like I am receiving the best care possible. I would gladly refer anyone to her. Thank you Dr. Pratt for being a compassionate physician who truly makes the world a better place 💙
