Haley is great; when asked, she showed me all of the things that were wrong with my car (rear shocks, front brake rotors, front brakes) and exactly how that affected my driving experience. Unfortunately service was relatively slow, I was told initially that the replacement of my shocks and front rotors and front brakes would take about 2 hours. I dropped my car off at 11:00 a.m. (with appointment) only for several random people with no appointments to show up and get priority. I come back at around 1:30 to see how my car is doing, and they have barely pulled it into the shop. Not exactly great customer service, however they made it up to me with a $100 off coupon when I pressed about it. My car ended up taking a full 4-5 hours to be ready, and at that point I had walked up and down the entirety of Jefferson going to Starbucks in order to get Wi-Fi service so that I could work throughout the day. It's kind of an inconvenience, but the price justified it in my mind. Would bring my car here again, but would definitely plan to be out the entire day, as opposed to only taking a long lunch..

Dropped my vehicle off at 10:25am for a break change was told 2 hours. At 12:30pm I called the location and asked about my vehicle and its progress they stated that it was in the shop being looked at. I then arrive to the shop at 1:10pm and my vehicle was never touched it was in the same spot!. Completely lied to me over the phone total disgrace I will never recommend Mavis to anyone ever again. In fact I am going to make sure that I tell anybody that ever asks me about Mavis to never to go there.
