Yes it is a public pool. Price is $3.50 for adults and $1.00 for children. The pool opens from 3:30pm to 8pm for public use.
You can only use swimming gear if your on the team if your not you can't use fins snorkels or padels

Yes, multiple and the pool is split into parts based upon swimming ability. To go beyond the shallow end ( 5 feet deep and less) you have to pass a swimming test
