The worse got there at 8:50 door locked informed me go to the drive thru for them to tell me they were not taking any more orders and hand the car In front of me food this is not the first bad experience I moved in the area 1 year and every time it’s a problem. NO chicken no coke like close this place down

A few months ago I left this establishment a 4 star rating and expressed my reasons for doing so. I chose to give them another visit today to see if they had made any improvements in the areas I expressed dissatisfaction in. I am happy to say they exceeded my expectations so, I have deleted my previous remarks in place of these. Being a restaurant owner myself I know both the importance of ratings and training staff to meet our expectations. Sometimes when the cat is away the mouse will play. Glad to see the owner or manager has taken back control and made me a happy customer once again. You earned your 5 star rating and I’m happy to give it to you!

The wait time at the drive-thu was ridiculous. I waited from 4:15pm to 4:25pm at the ordering menu area. After my order was taken, I waited at the window for my order until 4:40pm. So, with no cars ahead of me and I ordered 3 boxes of the shredded beef tacos with consumé it took 25 minutes. The tacos lacked flavor and the consumé was not taste. I do not recommend the location and I do not recommend the food I ordered. I will stick to the chicken from Pollo Loco, but I will not return to this location since I always get terrible service.

This is the worst el Pollo Loco I’ve ever been to. Every single time I have come here I always have problems with my orders. One time the chicken was undercooked. I don’t usually ever complain or make a big deal when things like this happen, but this time I just have to say something. I’m usually always missing items, this time my chicken bowl came entirely without chicken on it. Just bizarre. Whoever is managing this place is doing a horrible job. Will not be coming back.
