Spoiled beer. Bought cans of the pale ale at Grand Union in Rutland and they had refermented and soured. It appears they are not making a shelf stable product. I reached out to the brewery twice and they never responded. The third time they said I could come to the brewery to replace it. I don’t live anywhere near there. Bad beer and bad service. Hopefully someone from the brewery who cares about the quality of the product and customer service reads this and reaches out to resolve it.

Be sure to bring proof of vaccination as that is a current requirement right now for entry into the tap room. I was not aware of the policy (not on the website - maybe it is posted somewhere else though) and luckily had access to mine on my phone. Have to say that I have seen this policy enacted at a few businesses now and it's not like anyone from the establishment's are comparing the name on the card to my state or federal identification, nor would anyone be looking at the dates of vaccination. I would hope that the point is to reinforce that the person whose name is on the vaccination card would be the person that provides supporting identification; otherwise, policies like this do not help the general public in any way. I have no issue with the policy other than the fact that plenty of folks do not have their vaccination card on their person at all times and some do not prefer to keep it on their phones or other storage accounts due to privacy concerns (ie personally identifiable information on the card). All that said, your staff was pleasant as always and your offerings well received. Good people and good beer!
