Did an online order tonight and they completely messed up everyone’s sandwiches and put stuff on there that wasn’t suppose to be on there. They put jalapeños on mine and the wrong sauce. I don’t know who was working but I don’t understand how you mess up 5 sandwiches that badly

I stopped in on Sunday at 6:30PM to pick up dinner and was told they were closed-they had already closed the register. This seemed really odd since the hours show open until 9pm. Not sure if the owner or manager are aware but it not great business practice especially for a popular stop off the highway on a busy travel day. If the hours have changed-that’s fine but it should be listed some place. I stop here several times in the summer and have not had this happen before.

Absolutely disgusting!! Employees never cleaned sandwich board in between customers. Food laying all over. Food mixed in with meats. Asked for a 6" black Forrest ham sandwich. The employee then actually asked me what i wnated on the bread lol. The employee putting the veggies on the sandwich was also the one taking the cash and not washing her hands in between. I would not recommend eating here! Go to McDonalds next door!

This could very well be the worst of subways Nationwide, which is saying something considering how horrible subway is in the first place. One of my friends found blood in his sandwich, they attempted to tell him it was "just bacon grease" as they're telling him this one of the employees goes "I need the first aid kit, I just realized I cut myself" they were reluctant to even make him a new sandwich.
