I've only been here a little over three months and I'm very pleased so far. Management is very professional & empathetic. The building is maintained well and the grounds are exceptional --- it looks like a golf course! The tenants are neighborly and there's lots of activities to get involved with. Access to the medical community and shopping isn't a problem either. If you're a senior and/or disabled and looking for a nice apartment home in a great area, I highly recommend this place.

My move in was very organized and smooth. I really like the apartment and atmosphere. It probably isnt for everyone but I personally feel safe and content here.

Yes. There is a pet policy. The pet has to be under a certain weight. There is a pet deposit as well. The Ledges also has a pet park area outside.
Yes you can have a small one deposit and can't walk on floors. Lights water and gas included!
If they are they're real nice and well-maintained.
