This place deserves more than 5 stars! Last weekend I was headed to Burlington on my own from CT and my tire blew out. I tried to call AAA but had no service so I called 911 but got disconnected when they tried to call AAA. This was not the start to my long weekend that I wanted but it ended up being an experience I will never forget due to the kindness of strangers. First, a good Samaritan Justin went above and beyond help me get back on the road with a donut. He even found Tire Warehouse and called ahead to let them know I was coming. When I arrived, the guys were waiting outside and took my car in immediately. They were super friendly, fair and quick! I was back on the road in no time flat (pun intended). I would highly recommend Tire Warehouse and I appreciate all the help I received along the way to make sure I was safe.

Ordered tires online, where their business is advertised, they were sent there and I made an appointment online, when I arrived I was told they don't honor online appointments and also wouldn't accept the payment I made online for the installation, because it required too much paperwork. He suggested I try to get my money back, which I did attempt, but the customer service representative said they would reach out to this business directly, because there is no paperwork to be completed, but just a simple sign off that the labor was completed. They couldn't reimburse me, but offered to make me an appointment at a different shop, in an attempt to stay local I declined. The shop rescheduled me a week out, and when I arrived they couldn't find my tires at first, after installation they left 2 of my hub caps off and just laying on the ground, I saw them luckily and took them home to just put back on myself, but not after being told that I still owed them for the installation, even after I explained that I called the company like he suggested. It ended with him telling me to just take it and get out. I would suggest that if they can't honor the appointments or payments that are made on online sites like, they remove their business from them, as I was told I was the 4th person that day to have this problem.

I bought 5 new tires and the rear left tire was losing air within three days. I took it back as soon as i could and they told me it was a seal in the valve. the next day it was dead flat again. I went back and had them put a different tire on which i had on to a different rim so i could get around and took the flat tire to another place. The valve stem upon simple inspection reveled that the stem was not even finger tight. ! I had my other tires inspected for my safety. one star, they did get me in....

Brought my car in told them the problems that I had issues with 2 different tires. Left thinking everything was fine, after they finished, one of the tires continued to lose air. Making me have to make another appt elsewhere. The other tire needed a sensor so when I left, I still had a light on, so another problem I had to bring elsewhere to fix. Waste of time to go here.

About $80. Nitrogen inflation is extra.
Not me, however Front Porch Forum may, and the tire Wherehouse does and they're very folks in Randolph! Good luck hunting.
Yes as long as they have time
