Very nice, quiet, clean campground. Great neighbors and owners . Awesome location on lake Champlain . Great value and location. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Very pleasant stay, can’t beat the lake view in front spots. Mike was friendly and helpful. Pool area very clean. Pretty noisy party neighbors but all calmed down at designated quiet time. It’s a big time agriculture/livestock area so expect those kinds of smells on occasion. Don’t miss Star Trek set in Ticonderoga.

Very disappointed in this campground stay. This is a campground for seasonal only or back lot tent campers, not short stay small RV campers. We were directed to a site with standing water and mud puddles. Smelled of sewage with the last campers items (they had moved to a different site) still piled up on the site. We were then left to back in between 2 trees in the mud. After sinking in the mud multiple times, we eventually found some boards to cover the worst of the mud. (office closed and no one to help) Finally in and set up, went to visit a nearby site only to return to the camper having slid forward in the mud (moving the chalks with it) to bend 2 of our stabilizers. No one to be found (office was closed the entire time) to help us. Expensive experience that could have been avoided had the campground filled the site with gravel to help with their mud and drainage issues. The entire stay, we only had contact with the guy assigning us the site for the few minutes he was available. No sign in information, campground info, receipt nor office available for help.

First time visitors with lots of family. We couldn't have gotten a better site. We had a view of Lake Champlain from our site, close to pool, and restroom. The pool is very clean and I like the limit of only 10 at a time in the pool. Fishing close by. Campground is very full, very quiet, and very clean. There is free WIFI. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Hope we get the chance to visit again.
