Just a regular member. Signing up was easy, terms are clearly stated, although there are the usual one-time fees. Place is clean and well-maintained. Smith machines, free weights, the usual purple and yellow exercise apparatuses, lots of treadmills, bike machines, etc. Cleaning supplies are always available. The staff are nice. There's a water fountain / water bottle refill station by the lockers/restrooms. Parking is plenty. Varied clientele, all ages and sizes.

PF wasn't requiring Masking in Dec/Jan, when Covid was surging again. I Didn't like that so I rarely went. When did visit, I wore my N-95 & carried my spray bottle of 91% Alcohol. I'm a First Responder RN, who's Never had Covid. 🙏😷(Knock Wood!!) I'll frequent PF once back home in Kentucky! Love that PF has a location mostly EVERYWHERE for a quick, effective work out at a Great price. And open 24hrs @ most spots = Dream for shift workers ❤ Hydromassage !! 💦 💦 WORTH A MEMBERSHIP JUST FOR THAT !!!

I've been trying to get a refund for money owed me for months! I've been lied to and given the runaround. Don't trust this company! Time for me to call the Better Business Bureau and put in a formal complaint!!! This is planet fitness Pittsfield Mass!

The absolute best gym, cleanest gym you could ever use, new equipment, large spaces and different rooms. The Management and staff are the most professional, kindest and personable you could hope for. This should be the gold standard of how all gyms are. Made my visit very enjoyable.

Hi, QiAmi! You can join PF starting at the age of 13 with a parent/legal guardian’s permission; they must be present with you during the sign-up process. Members aged 13 and 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when they work out. Members who are 15 to 17 years old must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian on file.
