Nice, comfy, reclining and heated seats. Yep, I said heated. Theater is in good shape and clean. You can get beer and wine as well. Escalator was out of service when we went, but elevator was working and they were fixing it, by the looks of it.

Went for the first time to Beacon Cinema this week and was happily surprised to find it combines some of yesterday's charm (wooden floors at the entrance) with the latest heated reclining seats, tech, and sound! I love a smaller theatre and am thrilled this is my new local place for movies! Popcorn was fresh and tasty, the staff very friendly and helpful directing me where to find everything, and parking easy in the lot behind the building.

Great seats. Very comfortable. Excellent Dolby sound. Intimate theater. The 5 dollar cup of water knocks it down a star.

The picture quality just wasn't there. I just saw the new Batman movie and it was like having my laptop screen at the wrong angle. I know it is a dark movie but the black shadows didn't look black. Also, throughout the movie there were flashes of dead pixels on the screen. Only theater in town now...
