The wait was over 3 hours. Apparently there’s only one doctor on staff. They should let you make an appointment in advance like some other urgent care places do.

Both the nurse that took my vitals and medical history and the PA were very knowledgeable and courteous. Had a very good experience being treated by the staff.

I don’t know how this place is still open honestly. You call ahead to make sure they’re open on specific days and that the specific service you’re looking to have done can be done so you don’t waste a trip and plan ahead but come the day, you call in to register and they can’t do them and they also tell you that they can’t even advise you to come back after the weekend because they’re unsure if they are even going to be open due to short staff. No staff to perform services, no staff to keep the place open, like what is the point? This has been an issue for over the last several months with this place. They have been closed on and off ever since last September and just can’t get their act together. The staff on property are nice and I know it’s not their fault but management or whoever is in charge of this place really needs a better game plan because this is honestly ridiculous.

When in to med express in Pittsfield last week for a Covid test, the nurse Nicole was great very gentle and informative. Her passion and knowledge for her work shows. Great experience!!!
