Ny husband and I went there this morning, I’m pregnant so my eye caught the good pictures of food online, we went in took the menus, I noticed after 15-20 mins nobody came to our table to take our order so we assumed maybe we have to order at the cashier so we did that. The girl who was working this morning didn’t have a smile, seemed like she didn’t want to work this morning, made us pay right there after ordering, I also ordered a caramel Iced coffee, she did forget that I reminded her she also asked again what flavor I wanted, When she brought it there was no caramel just plain black coffee with Ice, no straw and also utensils at the table, I left the coffee at the table. So I’d say no Customer service, it was horrible.

Stopped in today and ordered a large iced hazelnut latte first time inside figured I support a local business instead starbucks. The latte was great! staff not so much. I live in the area and was hoping to find a FRIENDLY local coffee shop that I could go to however the staff was much more interested in their regular customers letting me know I was not welcome!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The decor is fantastic: warm, woody, intimate. Our sandwiches were delicious. Had tea instead of coffee. Fun tea selection. The server who was also the cashier was so friendly and helpful.

Clean, unique layout. Order before you find a seat. There are some creative twists on old favorites such as their Funky Home fries. They are delicious! Service was very good, polite and professional. The only reason I'm eating a 4 star is because of parking. There is very limited space as this cafe is located in the heart of Troy's business district. We had to park 3 blocks away, but it was worth it.
