Montclair Park can be a bit cleaner, however is a nice neighborhood park with many things to do.

There is a recreation center here where you can take ballet classes and other art classes. You can also play basketball, ride skateboards or just watch the ducks. There are two different playgrounds for children

Once a beautiful safe park this has become a health hazard of complete demise. The city of Oakland has made public parks the lowest priority failing to maintain anything. No longer safe for anyone! Complete demise! Completely unsafe and filthy!

Not sure. I've never seen one out there. But I don't see why not. It's a big enough space. They have people on site that you can ask though.
Yes! I saw several families there. And it was nice! Great place for lunch!
I would think so, it is a public park. I would contact the Oakland Parks Dept. if you want to reserve a specific location...
