My experience here was excellent! When I got my car back, it looked brand new. They were also very kind to polish my tires to make them look amazing! Thank you to Alisha for the weekly updates and making this experience wonderful! Thank you to the wonderful workers for their hard work and dedication! DON'T GO HERE if you want a timely repair and good customer service. My mechanic recommended this place when I asked for a body shop recommendation. I had a small dent in the back of my minivan's rear hatch from backing into another car. When I first called City Collision they asked if my minivan was drivable. I said yes and they asked if I could wait a month to bring the car in because they were really busy. This should have been my first red flag, but I didn't have a problem with waiting because the damage didn't affect me driving my car. I brought my minivan down a month later and they said they needed to replace the entire rear hatch and it would take 2-3 weeks. That seemed like a long time to me, but reasonable enough. After 3 weeks went by with no word from the shop, I called and inquired about my minivan. They let me know they hadn't even started working on my repair. I was not happy, but what what was I supposed to do. For the next 3 weeks I kept checking in and kept getting the run around. The City Collision representative who was assigned my case was JP (Johnny). He was unhelpful, unresponsive and genuinely seemed like he didn't care at all about me or customer service. Instead of him reaching out to me periodically with updates, I had to call, text or email him to get any information. My USAA representative said it was even hard for them to get answers when they inquired. So, after 6 weeks and 1 day of being in the shop, I finally got my minivan back yesterday afternoon. I wanted to give 1 star for this review because of the issues I had in dealing with the repair and the time it took for them to complete it, but decided on 2 stars because the repair to the car looks great. I believe they did do a good job on replacing the back hatch.

They took too long to fix my car. Initially, they told me to drop off my car. After two days, I called to see if my car was ready, but it wasn't. That's when they said it would take 2 weeks to fix a minor dent. When the 2 weeks went by, they told me that they needed another week. In total, they took 3 weeks to fix a minor dent. I'm very unhappy about it.

I got my car back today and I can say I got it back looking better than it did at time of purchase. When I was looking for a place hands down the only place I'd go is City Collision Center. You walk in amazed by the awe of how nice the location is as well as their outstanding customer service. Veronica one of the nice front desk agents helped me get all set up and while I waited, offered a cold bottle of water. The place is luxurious for the customer and makes you think they definitely must give the cars this much detailed attention too. You can see the finished work is meticulous and everything is done on a timely manner. Anyone needing dent to accident repairs will receive the highest form of care here by far.

Robbery if they knew they couldn't get parts in a reasonable time they should have given you the option to keep the vehicle at home or look for options elsewhere
