Unfortunately, I had a horrible first time experience with your location. I originally had an appointment set for 1/6, we were expecting a storm so I postponed it until 2/1. I received a text confirmation with my appointment the day before, I responded YES like it asks. I then received a text about in-take paperwork, I asked for it to be resent, it was. I completed it and I was thanked for doing so and was told I was all set. I then drove 45 mins to be told that I did not have an appointment but could make one for later in the day. I'm confused so I asked the girl why I would have received the notice with the details via text and email yesterday. She didn't know and said the system must have blocked the appointment but she could get me in later today. I'm not going to drive 45 mins back home to come back again. This appointment was a gift from my Aunt for my birthday and I'm very upset that this is how it ended. I even tried to reach out to management before this review and did not get a response!

I can get just the right amount of pressure massage and add ons are great like CBD or cupping. I like that it is close to home. Thomas gave a great massage, was very in tune to my body's tight areas, and even gave stretching suggestions at the end. He was also very discrete with draping-I never felt exposed or uncomfortable. The environment is comfortable-lighting/sound/table/heater or fan-everything can be changed to suit me and my needs. A total pampering session!

I had the best full body massage from Jen! Staff was real nice too. I felt so replenished and relaxed even 3 days later was definitely needed ! The space is very clean and smells so nice and refreshing. You won't be disappointed coming here !
